My first time in Australia and this is the first supermarket that I encountered. I’m amazed at the product selection and price affordability. Compared to supermarkets in Hawaii, this supermarket is beyond amazing. I come back twice today already ;))
Last time I was in Sydney I visited this Coles. Actually enjoy shopping here. The produce is fresh & they have some great cakes & sweet treats which you don't find in my local Coles in Brisbane. Also the I can usually get in & out quickly with no hassles
It's a lovely Coles Local outlet, located close to QVB and near all the nearby offices. It's right in front of the bus stop as well, so it makes for a good convenient store before you head home from work. It has a wide selection of groceries and things you can quite immediately consume there and then. It's clean, and with sufficient systems to help with fast and smooth check outs. As tourists, we got our frozen items right before we headed back to the hotel (which is a short walk away), and then proceeded to the airport right away.
As I stayed on cooking available Residence, I explored all markets near CBD and here were best place to find some ingredients to cook. About Tourists shopping list like teas or snacks are not bit competitive but meat fruits and grocery are competitive here. Therefore I was happy that can feel local life more in here.
Coles Local Sydney is such a great supermarket experience. The store is modern, clean, and very well organised, making it easy and enjoyable to shop. There’s a fantastic range of fresh produce, quality products, and unique local items you don’t usually find in a regular Coles. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything felt fresh and well presented. Definitely one of the best Coles stores I’ve visited in Sydney.
Loved super market visit whenever I travelled. Found this branch which is the closest to Sofitel. There are so many things to pickup and I loved their freshly squeezed orange juice dispensed directly from the machine. There are no quene for the self service cashier.
This Coles is fantastic. It’s compare but packs a punch with stock. It has a great ready meal section, fruit and veg are well displayed and well stocked, as are fresh meat and fish. Good range of homewares and all the essentials in household and personal care isles. There’s a small baked good section with plenty of variety. There is access from both York St and George St (next to General Pants and Priceline via lift).
My new favorite place to shop around the City. First, they have something different to offer. From juice machine, some mochi and macaroon fridge, and cut your own bread machine is available. Shops decor is more modern, display unit are more organized to make sure more hygiene in place and also this place is spotless clean.
